Refund policy

All sales are final, however we understand things happen!  We take the quality of our products and integrity of our service very seriously.  If your items arrive damaged, please reach out to chelydee88@icloud.com with photos attached of the damaged products. After that we will determine if your products are eligible for a refund. If the products you purchased don't arrive and//or you are unable to track items, please contact the email provided immediately.
